Crawling regression tips?

7 month old has nearly learnt to crawl and is spending most of her time on all fours rocking backwards and forwards. Previously she has been amazing at going to sleep, we would put her in her cot and she self-soothed instantly. Now she is in her cot on all fours for a couple of hours and won't go to sleep. Any tips on what we can do to help her sleep, or is it just something we have to ride out? (she doesn't use a sleepbag/blanket as she hates the feeling of being restricted)

It passed quickly for us, but youvd given me flashbacks to mine "slerpcrawling". Keot getting woken by her repeatedly banging her head into the cot and she trued to crawl forward, still asleep. :s

I found picking her up and gently laying her back down after soothing back to sleep helped, but it depends on your "getting them off to sleop" preferences... my daughter was still breastfed or cuddled to sleep at that stage.

There is a little trick that can be applied as a habit Being consistent before bed can help your baby learn that it's time to go to sleep. You can read a book, sing a lullaby, Geometry Dash Lite or tell a story...
