Fine although could they both not listen? DS (6) has to share with DD2 (3) at the moment and often find she falls asleep whilst the CD.

... is on!!!

Before bed small sip of water. (you won't be thirsty in the night)
Fruit before bed (won't be hungry)
Favourite teddy (keep him safe)
Night light
Put dreams in his ears (ask him what he would like to dream about)
Reward chart for not getting out of bed.

Can you tell my two have tried this in their time.

I found dreams in their ears works well.

What would you like to dream about tonight ?

Football

I've got some of those dreams in my pocket I'll put them in your ear off you go to sleep and tell me about the dreams in the morning.
