Short contact naps

Hi everyone,
DD is almost 9 weeks old and like most newborns, doesn’t want to nap in her crib during the day. I have absolutely nothing against contact naps and would for sure embrace them, but she wakes up after 15 minutes regardless of whether I’m just holding her, she’s on my chest, she’s in the sling/carrier etc. she just starts moving her head like crazy and I get the feeling she is uncomfortable. It’s catch 22 - she would probably be more comfortable and sleep longer laying flat in the crib but doesn’t want to fall asleep in it. The other thing is how much I have to settle her for every single nap (again, this is for contact naps, I’m not even attempting crib ones at the moment). I’ve tried shorter wake windows, looking for cues, trying to get her to sleep before any sign of agitation, but every single time I end up vigorously rocking/bouncing/patting her bum/shushing for probably half an hour with her crying before she eventually gets to sleep. And then it’s 15 minutes and I have to do the same again if I want her to sleep longer, with varying success. God forbid I sit down during those 15 minutes - I have to keep moving and rocking. I also can’t really do any chores that involve bending/squatting down or reaching up because that disturbs her. I don’t think it’s reflux because she sleeps fine in the buggy (provided it’s outside and moving constantly) and at night. Anyone else had something similar? All I seem to find online are people complaining about short crib naps and saying their baby would sleep for hours on them. I wish that were the case for us!
