4 month regression

I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. My baby is about 5 weeks into her 4 month sleep regression. She is waking so often in the night I don’t even count how many times. I give her a dummy and she eventually settles. She is not having her full bottles during the day due to teething so I don’t think this is helping with her sleeping either. She has a bedtime routine with her last bottle at 7pm, then is hungry again around 4am which is fine by me, but the constant waking up I need support with how to manage.

I wondered if anyone had any advice for what to do? I think I am doing something wrong as she is waking up every hour at least but I don’t know how to help her. Thanks!

Hi! What's her nap routine during the day? Not sure if it's teething re bottles, we thought the same - it was just the bloody leap. It shall go away though, I promise!

Thank you for your message! She has 3 naps a day following 2ish hour wake windows. Her morning and evening naps are usually less than an hour but the middle of the day nap is about 1.5 hours usually! She goes down for her naps awake and settles herself to sleep! X

OP, but this sounds great! I think it's just a matter of time! Really, you're doing great
