I'm in the trenches with my 18mo here! She went from being a fairly okay sleeper but when she turned 1 she just will not sleep any more.
She goes to bed fine, has a great bedtime routine and it's down by 7.30/8pm
Every single night she wakes up screaming at around midnight and we are up until 2, 3 sometimes 4 in the morning.
I'm at my wits end. I have no clue what I'm doing so wrong. She used to settle with a bottle but she doesn't any more.
If I put her in my bed she just thinks it's playtime and jumps all over me.
Any advice appreciated!
