6 month old waking up

DD has been sleeping 7-7 for over 2 months now. The problem we have is she wakes up about 4-5 times in the first 3 hours. We have no night wakings after that. She has a feed at 7 and then a dream feed at 10:30. I have tried everything! Longer/shorter wake windows, less daytime sleep, more daytime sleep, later bedtime, earlier bedtime. Literally nothing stops this from happening. I've tried to leave her if she wakes to settle herself but she just cries and I can't leave her to cry. Anyone got any advice because I spend my whole evening going up and down the stairs.

I just kept mine downstairs with me until I went up. At that age they didn’t go down properly until around 11pm and I wasn’t going to go up and down the stairs just as you say, it’s exhausting! So they just laid and fed for a lot of the evening while i watched tv and had cuddles then we’d go up.
Sleeping 7-7 is incredibly lucky so I’d just make the most of the sleep you get after the first three hours.
Enjoy that part! My youngest is now 5 and don’t think she’s ever slept 12 hours without waking 🤣

@fashionqueen0123 we did used to keep her downstairs but we were finding that she was so tired and we kept disturbing her so put her upstairs. I take my hat off to you.. 5 years is a long time!

Yeah and on the odd occasion she will sleep with no waking, like maybe 9 hours, her older sister who usually sleeps perfectly will randomly decide to have a nightmare or be sick or something 🙈🤣 I’m sure they are tag teaming us!

Hmm how about trying a later bedtime then? Like maybe 9pm?

@fashionqueen0123 we've tried a later bedtime. Nothing seems to stop it happening x

Is she just kinda grumpy? Like wants to sleep but then doesn’t..
It does sound a bit like the ‘witching hour!’ as we used to call it in my nct group :)
