21 month old no sleep

Hi my 21 month old DD has always been a pretty poor sleeper and for the past year we have co slept to survive. She slept all night for 4 weeks straight over July/August, since then sleep is now horrendous. She will study in her cot 3 hrs max then be up and down, will not settle until she is beside me. I don't know what to do, don't want to sleep train but am shattered. Would anyone have any hopeful stories where their baby suddenly changed and decided to sleep 💤 😴

Is she warm enough? My 18 month old is currently in normal PJ's, fleece pjs, 3.5 tog bag and a blanket which is way more than the recommended amount but anything less and she wakes up cold (her shoulder blades feel cool).

Thanks for replying ☺️ she wears socks and sometimes 2 layers in her sleeping bag so don't think she's cold. I was thinking of moving her from cot to toddler bed but think she would probably just get up more. She's got nearly all her teeth. Her separation anxiety has ramped up again. My other DD did not sleep through the night until 2 and a half but she was in her own bed and I lay on floor beside it 😴 for this baby I am just doing whatever I can to get sleep but would really love not to co sleep lol

My second (the one who gets cold) is still needing me for part of the night but my older one just suddenly slept through with no change from me. So I'm holding out for that. Can you put a baby gate on the door and a double mattress on the floor so that you can at least sleep/doze next to her while she resettles? Lifting them in and out of a cot is so awakening 😂

I have sofa bed beside her cot, when she wakes I lift her and lie down on that. Sometimes she falls asleep, sometimes not lol. I'm trying to stop bf at bedtime, didn't feed last night but she still woke up lol.
