Hi mamas. My 11 month old hasn’t ever been a great sleeper but he did start to sleep through the night at 9 months for a short lived month. I then weaned him off the breast which was relatively easy. He is now waking up multiple times at night, 12 ish, 2ish and 430ish and is generally very restless. We co sleep and no, I won’t sleep train. He has learnt to crawl, is pulling up to cruise and is starting to form some sounds like words. I know there’s so much going on in his brain.

however I’m absolutely exhausted . My
poor partner catches the brunt of it as he sleeps in another room atm and all I want to do is be able to sleep through the night but even if I ask him
to take the baby , he wouldn’t settle with him. I would just like to be more of myself. I go back to work in a few months and im dreading it.
he has two naps, around 10.30 and around 3-15. Wake up is 730 and bedtime is 830. He has always been a late sleeper.
im ok if its a leap and will grow out of it. I would just like to hear if others have gone through this and come out the other side? Any advice? Thanks! Xxx

Came to start a thread about how I’m on my knees with an 11 month DC who has never slept through the night! I wish there was an answer. Hopefully someone will come along with the magic formula.

Look up Blissful Baby Sleep Expert. She saved me from sleep deprivation hell. Her instagram has loads of posts and even ideal sleep schedules. I hired her as a sleep consultant but there's also so much info on her page. Getting no sleep for nearly a year is a killer.

How does baby fall asleep? Would you consider moving to own room and doing very gentle soothing , back rubs etc to fall asleep without holding him, then go from there...,
You might be disturbing him at this age now cosleeping (I use to cosleep!)

My boy is 10 months and on the following naps
Wake 6.30
Nap 9 - 10am
Nap 1 - 3pm
Bed 6.30

You didn't say how long baby is napping for in the day or wake up time from last nap?

when he wakes are you feeding every time?
