My 15 month old daughter wakes multiple times at night screaming. She could settle herself until 6 months, but it all went wrong from then. She'd wake multiple times a night and I'd BF as it was the only way to settle her back to sleep. Around 12 months her naps turned into a 2 hour battle to get her to nap in her bed, she'd be screaming, arching her back and pushing herself around her cot. I tried sleep training which worked some days and not others. She eventually started to sleep through the night at 13 months but only for a week. Since then she's picked up virus after virus from nursery. She does settle with my husband now so I'm not feeding her each time she wakes up. Now it's got to the point where she wakes multiple times at night and sometimes won't even settle on either of us for over an hour at times, she just screams each time we lie her down, no matter if in her bed or not. My husband has been taking her downstairs and cuddling her sat semi upright and she goes to sleep. I don't know if it's separation anxiety, a sleep regression, because she's been poorly or if she has tummy ache as she's quite windy bottom end, or all of the above. Has anyone else been through this and can offer any help?
