9 month old waking every 1-2 hours

I’m at my wits end, I’m trying to encourage a healthy sleep pattern for my daughter. She was rocked to sleep or fed to sleep but now the last few nights I’ve managed to get her to fall asleep in her cot by singing nursery rhymes and patting her back.

the first night of this she slept for 8 hours until 3.30am (she had had calpol as I’m sure her top teeth are almost through). Ever since I’ve adopted the same routine and she cries about every hour or so either for the dummy back in or for a feed (I feed her plenty throughout the day).

im absolutely exhausted and I had a complete breakdown last night through tiredness it’s making me really angry with her when she wakes as well.

please any advice I’m desperate - do I try cry it out? I didn’t want to and I have a 5 year old who also is an awful sleeper (his dad sleeps with him) so I don’t want anything to wake him up.

thanks

If your husband is with your son anyway why not just continue co sleeping and kick the problem down the road abit until all her teeth are through and then at 18 months start sleep training?

@Emsxox can she not replace her own dummy? I put about 10 in the cot!
