I could really use some advice please. My little one used to be really good at settling herself down to sleep but for the past few months has been a nightmare. Once in bed she cries hysterically unless we physically sit next to her until she falls asleep. It can take over an hour and it’s very draining, we also have a 7 month old too (although she’s better tbf). Does anyone have any tips on how to get her to go to sleep on her own without one of us having to sit with her? Thanks
