Hi all
Looking for some advice. My 9.5 month old used to self settle to sleep after some controlled crying at 6 months and it was great. Fast forward and a month ago she started standing and crawling (great) but wreaked her sleep she now wants to be held to sleep which can take forevvverrr. Have tried re doing controlled crying but she is so strong willed and I don't have the heart to hear her crying so hard nothing like before.
Anyone any advice of a 9 motnh old that had to be rocked and eventually got it or how long to do controlled crying at thos age took esch night
