Sleeping in the day

What do we dress a newborn baby in to sleep in the day? our living room is between 18-21 degrees and we have him in a sleep suit vest snd then a cellular blanket which I fold over. If he is on me I usually don’t use a blanket

Im constantly worried he is too hot or cold!
