Hi All,

My LO is 13 months old.

He wakes up around 9.30am, naps at around 1 to 3pm and then another nap at 6pm and then sleeps around 11pm.

I am struggling here with the fact that I'm concerned his naps can be so long.

He had been sleeping since 1.30 to now which is 2 hours plus and some evenings he can do same amount of nap.

I'm just worried as I'm thinking is this normal because on Google it says 3 to 3.5 hours is usually the case for this age for naps.

He wakes up 2 to 3 times during the night and needs to be nursed to sleep or otherwise rocked.

He isn't teething either but he does have a cold. But regardless of these he still sometimes does nap this long.

I know others may say I'm lucky etc but honestly I've got PND, I struggle doing many things like any other mum and use the time he sleeps to catch up on housework or other important things or sometimes just to have a moment to myself.

Please, any advice would be much appreciated.

When children are very young, there will be many changes happening constantly, sometimes we do not need to pay too much attention to them. It can be the natural development of young children. Fnaf 1
