Why won't my 5 month old sleep in the day?!

My LO is now 5 months old. She has never been the best sleeper, but I was able to get her to nap in the daytime for a couple hours in the morning as well as the afternoon at least! And she slept decided amounts at night time
But more recently in the last couple of weeks her sleep has completely changed?!
She barely naps in the daytime at all! Maybe for 30-40 mins the whole day if I'm lucky!.. and she isn't sleeping too great at night now either! She wakes 1-3 times in the night now..
She appears so grumpy and so obviously tired, but no matter what I try she will not sleep! Which makes matters worse as then she is so overtired . Going out for a walk used to help send her to sleep but now even this is a much harder task!?
My parents have suggested that I should take her to Cranial Massage/Therapy as apparently I struggled when I was little with sleep too and this seemed to help me..
I just feel so overwhelmed !! I'm getting way less sleep than when she was a new born and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong! I'm unsure if it's a regression or something else
Any advice or suggestions welcome! I want my happy baby back 😭
