Caffeine elimination and sleep quality?

Has anyone cut out caffeine completely and had it improve their sleep? I have one cup of coffee in the morning, that’s it. Everything I read says to limit caffeine later in the day, which I do, but my sleep is terrible. I’m wondering if it’s worth it to go through caffeine withdrawals if it has helped people to cut it out completely?

I follow everything else for ‘sleep hygiene’.

If you have tried everything else and are still looking for improvements to your sleep, I'd encourage you to try completely eliminating caffeine for say a fortnight just to see how it goes.

You might be surprised by how easy it is once you get out of the habit. Good luck
