Please help nursing every single hour in the night..

My baby is currently co sleeping as recently she will only go to sleep with my nipple in her mouth too soothe her and honestly I'm sick of it, I'm getting no sleep. Looking for advice to either help stop her comfort sucking all night, or a no cry method to get her in her next to me
For context she is 5 months and 2 weeks, EBF, refuses a bottle and a dummy

Can you not pop your nipple out of her mouth once she is back in deep sleep?

I try this and then she will wake herself back up anytime between instantly or 10 minutes after and will root around until she finds my nipple or will fully wake up and cry :(
