4 year old waking too early

Our 4 year old has always been an early bird, but it's getting ridiculous. She always wakes up between 5-5:30am no matter what we do. We've tried earlier bedtimes, later bedtimes, sound machines, we treat it as a night waking but it all makes no difference. She's constantly knackered, falling asleep in the day including at school, behaviour is going downhill etc. Now the clocks are about to change so 5am is about to become 4am and I'm just dreading it. We've followed all the advice from googl z health visitor, sleep charity etc. and nothing has changed. She has a gro clock so she does know she's not meant to be up before 6am. Help!

No advice but I'm following along as I am in exactly the same boat!

She's just waking up to play in her room. This morning she was saying she won't sleep because making a tea party with her teddies is more fun. I took her back to bed and turned the light off but she just got up again so I removed the teddies from her room and then she's gone back to bed without much fuss. Let's see how we get on tonight!

Pray for me. I've kept the toys removed from her room tonight and told her she can have them back in her room when she shows me she can sleep through the night.
