Sleep consistently getting worse

My EBF baby just turned 4 months old. I thought the sleep regression hit early - about six weeks ago, the length of her sleep stretches during the night halved.

She would go to sleep for the night between 10-10:30pm, and this was the only time she would easily go down.

When she hit 4 months a few days ago, she stopped doing that. Now she’s finally going to sleep in her snuzpod between 11:30-12 after multiple times of falling to sleep on the breast and me unsuccessfully transferring her.

I feel physically unwell with the lack of sleep now. She barely naps during the day, and any naps she does have are contact naps.

What can I do to help her sleep better, and more independently? Do I need to stop breastfeeding her?
