Looking for a bit of advice- my 7 month old's routine is like this at the moment:
5.30am - wake
9am - nap (1hr-ish)
12-2 - nap (2hr-ish)
6pm - bedtime
She will wake a couple of times in the night too but on the odd occasion that she's napped a little later and gone to bed later (around 7.30pm) she seems to sleep better with less wakings and also wakes up a bit later which is ideal- does anyone have any tips on how I can push back her routine a bit? She refuses to nap in the afternoon if she's woken up after 2pm from her lunchtime nap.
