4 Month Naps Too Long?

Hey, just looking for some advice surrounding babies nap times and feeds please!

My Daughter is 18 weeks and she currently naps on average 6-7 hours a day.

She had 5 feeds a day, every 4 hours (other than her first feed at 6am). The pattern then goes 11am, 3pm, 7pm and her final feed at 10:30pm.

She goes to bed around 8-8:30pm ish and will do a dream feed at 10:30pm.

She stirs 1-2 times a night usually around 3-4am and I just have to put her dummy back in, then she wakes consistently at 5.40am.

My three main concerns are:

  • Is the nap amounts okay? Or should I look to reduce these somehow? (Not sure how I’d do this as her wake windows are only around 1 hour 20 before she gets tired!)
  • How can I help her sleep later in the morning? (There’s been a few days where she’s slept less than 6-7 hours during the day, but that didn’t result in her waking any later!)
  • Can I drop that 10:30pm feed? I’m wondering if that’s causing a disruption to her sleep and causing her to stir in the night. I would of course increase her 7pm feed and other feeds so that we don’t drop a full bottle!

Any help is much appreciated!
