How can I cut out my 11 month olds night feed?

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for cutting out the night feed? My daughter is 11 months old, she won't drink more than 6oz at a time we've tried, we tried giving her food just before bed, we tried different clothing options, no tv on and tv on. We have tried bath bottle bed, we have tried just letting her cry (not for too long my mummy heart can't take it) we try giving her less milk but she just cries if she's not full, she only has 1 nap in the day which is usually only an hour, we've tried more sleep during the day, we've tried putting her to bed earlier and later but I'm at a loss, but me and my partner are exhausted, he works 8am until 4pm and I work 4pm until 1am so we're both either at work or being a parent and it's exhausting, just being able to sleep through the night without that 3am wake up feed would be amazing! Any advice would be great and really appreciated ❤️

How's her food intake? If she doesn't want extra milk then maybe an extra snack before bed to fill her up?
And then if you are confident that she has eaten enough you can just go ahead and night wean, tough it out it will hopefully be 3 or 4 nights max. She's of a determined age so the hard bit will be giving her lots of cuddles and comfort but not giving the milk... but it is possible for sure, pick a time to start, get DH up to speed with plan go for it

Offer her water at night. As long as you feed her at night she will expect food and not eat sufficient in the day.
First nights will be hard but she will settle.

Offer water instead

Mix her night feed 50:50 with water, then after 3 days go 75:25

Grit your teeth and tough it out

with all of these accept that for a bit the mornings will probably get a bit earlier.
