Will my babies sleep routine get better

My baby is now 5 months old but her sleep routine is the same. Awake at 1.30, 4 and 7 for a feed. When can I expect this to change ?? Sometimes she wakes but doesn't need a feed but needs settling back to sleep.

Her day time naps are horrendous too. She cries when she's tired, I try rock her to sleep but she's crying so much, after 10 mins of rocking she'll sleep for 20/30 mins and then she's tired again after 30/40 mins of being awake and just generally unsettled ALL DAY!

Any advice ??

Meant to say it's been the same for maybe 3 months now.

Yes it will improve, whatever you do it will get better. But it does sound like perhaps your littles ones naps need sorting. She sounds overtired. Can you contact nap to try and get her to sleep for longer stretches? When she stirs try and help her get back to sleep? (You may already be trying this but if not definitely worth it).
with regards to the night wakes, I’m afraid they sound perfectly normal for her age. It will reduce and improve but there may not be anything you can do… it will just change naturally as she gets older. She still very young and will need feeds at night until she is at least 12 months, if not longer. I think my little one was about 16/17 months when I stopped feeding her at night. She still wakes at 20 months now (she was an awful sleeper though, she was awake every 1-2 hours at night!!!).
Ot does improve, I know how difficult it feels though and I’m sorry you’re going through this. Take care of yourself!
