Mattress for toddler

Hi Everyone,

Which is the better option mattress for a toddler (just turned 2), spring or foam? I am so undecided on which one, I would rather go for one that benefits him the most. Thank
You.

I think foam is sweaty, it’s spring every time for me.

I was advised by my health visitor to avoid foam until around the age of 7.
