Does anyone know if this is normal or have any tips so before pregnancy in the past two years I had a few sleepless nights before anticipating a day ahead where I KNEW I needed sleep. I have been fine during this pregnancy and slept quite well until the other day (I am 24 weeks pregnant), I was going to bed before a day at work which was going to be a bit more eventful than usual and an hour before bed a thought came to my mind that I won’t sleep, I couldn’t brush it off and I genuinely had a sleepless night which made me feel so bad for my baby because it made me stress a lot. Since then I was fine but I keep thinking about this and scared it will happen again. Does anyone have any tips, I am an anxious person and had therapy and exposure therapy but this is really messing with me
