My toddler has always been a bad sleeper but was falling asleep around 8/8.30pm most nights he has always slept in with me too we have recently just moved house and we have been under some stress recently, I completely understand this will affect his sleep but he is now not falling asleep until 11.30/12pm every night and wakes up 8am every morning he usually only has an hour nap if he does he does not nap all the time. he is still in our bed and will refuse to go to sleep unless the tv is on and we hoping to move him into his new room soon. Please any suggestions welcome as we are really struggling with sleep and want to be able to move him into his own room and get him sleeping back at a decent time

Have you tried a nightlight in his room? Maybe it's the light and sound coming from the tv that settles him so a night light and relaxing bedtime music could help in his own room?
My little one starts in her bed but always ends up in mine. She's a crap sleeper too and often wakes between 2-4am no matter what I do.
I do make sure screen time is limited before bed and read books instead.
All worth a try but I feel you xx
