My 9 month old wakes anywhere from 2-5 times a night and sometimes does not settle again for over an hour and then he wakes up in the morning between 5-6. Im exhausted !! Tonight he woke at 1:45am and started to whine and even sat up and whined, I was watching the monitor and was waiting for a real cry but it didn’t come. He lay down whined a little bit more and went back to sleep after around 5 minutes maybe less. Is this CIO??? I don’t want him to think I won’t go to him if he needs me but he didn’t cry he was just moaning and whining no proper cry. I’m scared incase he only went back to sleep because he thought I wasn’t coming.
