Dyschezia?

Hi
My DD is 14 weeks old. She’s been a contact sleeper since day 1 (won’t co-sleep or go in a sling).
It’s been 4-5 weeks now where every night from 4-5am until when she wakes for the day around 9am she becomes really unsettled (writhing, crying out, breathing quickly, straining etc). It seems like she needs to poo. She generally only poos when she wakes for the day.

During those unsettled hours I pick her up (because she also wakes frequently) to give massages, move her legs etc to stimulate bowel movement but she still doesn’t poo. Last night she was up for 1.5 hours before I could settle her (she was tired but didn’t poo).

This sounds similar to dyschezia, but I was reading that it usually occurs between 4-6 weeks and only lasts 2 weeks.
She’s EBF (been DF for 2 weeks), is not constipated and her poos are never hard. She poos a few times a day.
This isn’t an issue in the daytime, only during the night as if she was confused by being half asleep.

Has anyone had experience of this / can help as on top of the contact sleeping it’s really tiring (for both of us)?

Thanks
