Ten month old won't sleep

My ten month old has always been a good sleeper, almost always goes down at night time. She has never napped very much during the day. Right now she has a half hour nap around 10am and then half hour around 2:30 in the afternoon. Now she will not go down at 7pm at all, the last few nights it takes hours to get her to sleep.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? She just doesn't seem tired at all

Check teeth. Make sure she eats enough and have a good routine. She doesn't need to sleep in bed, just stay there when it's bedtime.

I'm dealing with a similar struggle with my 9 month old. God, the 2 hours to get to sleep at night is Draining. Mine then wakes frequently over night too :/

I've noticed some improvement if I force her naps to go longer.

So when she inevitably wakes up after 20-30 mins I feed her back to sleep. Doesn't always work, but when it does, she might do another 30 mins.

For my little one, it's also important when she has her last nap. If it's later than 4pm, she won't sleep until at least 8.30pm

I'm interested to see other tips!
