Gap in memory during overnight feed

Has anyone had this?
I have a DS 7 months who is up normally twice a night.
I remember feeding him in the nursery and going back to bed. Next thing I remember I wake up in the nursery with him next to me (we have a bed in there too and co sleep on occasion).
I’ve racked my brain but I can’t remember getting up for another feed there’s just a gap.
This has never happened before.
I feel terrible what if something bad had happened 😭

Sounds like your overtired can someone else take a turn caring between feeds? Can you express a feed and get a longer sleep?

DS won’t take a bottle unfortunately so all on me!
I was tired but I felt I have been more tired previously…. I guess it’s the broken sleep for months on end
