Looking for sleep consultant which won't break the bank.

Can anyone recommend any good sleep consultants which don't charge an arm and a leg? My ds will be 1 next month and I'm now at my absolute wits end with his sleep. His sleep is so bad a 4 hour stretch at this stage would be like a dream come true. Currently waking up every 1-2 hours all night! I need help 😫

This is typical at this age. Babies need to feed often. Improving feeding may help as that's what often wakes them. Very early days yet. Sleep when baby does, get someone to take them so you can get a break.

I don't think that is normal at 1 year old actually, maybe pp read it as 1 month.

We used Julia fensom. £120 last year and worked for us - we certainly haven't gone whole nights without a 4 hour stretch since then unless due to illness.
