Sleep consultant recommendations

Hi all,

My 8 month old DD has made next to no progress with sleep since being a newborn. Can anyone recommend a baby sleep consultant? Getting desperate.

TIA

Hey, we've not used one but I found the book Prescious Little Sleep helpful. Gives a range of strategies you can try.

Have you tried any form of sleep training? I was very worried about leaving my DS to cry but got to a point where I just couldn't cope anymore with the broken sleep and actually my DS responded really well to sleep training so far. Your DC might surprise you!

We used Katie for our son and she was great www.happylittledreamers.co.uk

Or cheaper options that I also found helpful (and had some of the same advice) were the Little ones app and the Lucy Wolfe Baby sleep solution book xx

Thank you, I’ll look into all these.

@notamorningpanda I tried sleep training a couple of months ago (it worked with DC1) but she’s honestly so stubborn she will just stay awake and scream until someone picks her up! I did get a book about it all but I’m too tired to read it 😂
