Love to Dream Swaddles - tog?

I'm due my baby boy in October and I have bought a couple of Love to Dream swaddles for him in the 'mild' weather range which is all seasons (room temp 18-24 degrees) and 1 tog. Will this be ok for him in October with a vest and sleepsuit on underneath?

In autumn we have the heating on in the day/evening as needed and then when we go to bed the thermostat is set to 18 degrees usually so it's rare that the house would ever be cold as such. I worry that a 2.5 tog might be too warm and the saying "cold babies cry, warm babies die" is stuck in my head!

Then when we get into winter would we move up to a 2.5 tog swaddle even if the room isn't below 18 degrees? We do have a room thermometer ready so I can keep an eye on the temperature and we have been gifted a couple of 2.5 tog normal sleep bags but just unsure whether to buy a 2.5 tog love to dream swaddle on vinted or not?

Probably completely overthinking this but I'm a first time mum lol!!
