I need massive help with my 9 month old sleep!
Every night he's waking every 2 hours and I can't put my finger on it why. I try different sleepwear incase he's hot and cold, he's not hungry well shouldn't be as has lots of milk and 2/3 meals a day, he has white noise... I'm just at a loss now and don't know what to do. Returning to work in 2 weeks which worries me.
Everyone I talk to this age their babies sleep for atleast a 5/6 hour block but this has only ever happened once!
What am I doing wrong?! 😩

When I had DD I just put her in her room to sleep at 7pm so I could read a bedtime story to DS

She was about 3 months

I just let her cry it out because I figured she'd never remember and after 3 nights she fell asleep of her own accord and has had the perfect sleep pattern ever since

You're not alone, mines 9.5 months, he sleeps 7-1am then he's up every hour or there abouts. We are up right now ...fun! He does have a block sleep but I think that is down to day naps. He won't sleep more than 40 mins in the day over 2 naps. He's killing me lol
