Uncomfortable baby sleep

Hi,
desperate sleep deprived mum here, I need help!

my 6 month old keeps waking up frequently during the night tossing and turning and crunching over moaning and then waking up. And I have to breastfeed her to sleep. But then when she is fully awake in the morning she is so happy, not uncomfortable at all? So why through the night?

this is only recently, I have tried using anbesol thinking it may be teething, calpol, changing nappy.

has anyone else experienced this?

Where does she sleep? If she's in a moses basket maybe she's outgrown it?
Is the room cold or too hot?
Is it at specific times? Could something be disturbing her?

Alternatively, she's a normal 6 months old, some of them just don't like sleep

Sleeps in next to me cot, or in our bed if I am desperate!
I usually check the tog guides and temperatures in the room so I don’t think she is too hot.
it is around specific times, usually starts stirring 10/11 and then 2/3/4 but it is becoming more frequent.

This is my situation too! Baby is 6 months old and tosses and turns all night and keeps waking up. I'm so wrecked so I totally get it OP.

Probably having a growth spurt if she's 6 months old. Growing pains. It will pass 😊
