20 month old not sleeping

Hi all just looking for a bit of advice.

my 20 month old has never been a great sleeper but recently she’s become the worst she’s ever been. Bedtimes are taking anywhere up to 2 hours to get her to go down as she’s just hysterical about going in her cot. I’ve tried the Ferber method and sometimes it can work after 2/3 minutes but majority of the time it seems to make her worse as she gets herself in such a state I have to get her back out of bed to calm down sometimes taking an hour/ 2 hour until I she’s just exhausted and falls to sleep. If she does go to bed at 7;30 she’s awake again by 10 screaming and most nights it ends in me just taking her into my bed because it’s the only way to get some sleep but even then she’s still waking every few hours in my bed so either way we’re not getting much sleep. I know her in my bed isn’t helping the situation but she won’t settle again in her cot she just becomes completely hysterical having a mega tantrum. Any help or advice would be appreciated TIA x

Night time sleep can massively be influenced by factors in the day such as milk and food consumed, amount of sleep during the day and a bedtime routine. Would you mind me asking what a typical daily routine looks like including milk, food, sleeps and bedtime routine? 😊

Hi, she eats well generally and has always been an absolute milk lover, she’ll wake up around 7:30 and have breakfast around 8, lunch around 12/12:30 and dinner around half 4 with snacks inbetween and a snack after dinner also. If she naps which some days at the minute she won’t due to not going down she’ll have 1 1/2 at about 11 o’clock. She’ll have her bath after dinner and then settle down around 6 we just chill out and then would usually do story time and bottle and bed by 7:30 before she got into this phase of not going to sleep ( both bottles for nap time and bed time she will have 9oz of cows milk) thanks x
