Hi! My 3mo baby has started rolling on to her tummy in her cot and can’t roll back yet, twice last night I found her face down with her face pressed into the cot and I’m really worried! Considering trying to nap in the day and stay up watching her. Any advice 🙏

There are these pillow things that go either side of the baby (flat in the middle that baby lies on) that prevents them from rolling over. Google it.

My advice is: don’t worry. She’ll learn to roll back soon enough. Just might be a couple of weeks of her waking herself up.

I think PP is referring to Sleepyheads or Purflo. Sleepyhead isn’t recommended for overnight sleep. Purflo claims to be but to my knowledge it’s their own claim rather than Lullaby Trust. That said, it’s up to you. My SIL swears by the sleepyhead. I coslept with my babies. Do what works for you, even if that means staying up with her.
