3 month old night feeds

My 3.5 month old daughter was sleeping very well til a few weeks ago - around 7pm til 4am and then back down til 7am so only one night feed. We had some very hot weather which may be part reason for the disturbance but she's now on two a night, and she's waking for the first one earlier and earlier as the days go on. The first used to be 01.30, then it was midnight for a few nights, now the past 2/3 nights its been 11pm and the 2nd is anywhere between 2 and 3. She is drinking most of both of them so I don't think it's waking out of habit? And she is back to sleep straight after.
One morning at 6am she was very restless - I changed her nappy and she was out for the count again for another 1.5 hrs so it seems that was just bothering her!

She's very fidgety between these feeds too. It just feels like very restless sleep all night for the past few weeks like she is never really ina period of deep sleep! We've considered moving her into her own room earlier than planned because of constantly waking with all the moving around.

She has been feeding less in the day which seems to be associated with distraction and too much going on to focus on drinking!

I'm thinking this could be all to do with a developmental leap / sleep regression as she's coming up to 4 months?

She sleeps in a LTD swaddle (the moderate temperatures one) and I've put her in just that with a nappy since the hot weather. Our room is up to 26 degrees at night though so don't know if could be still too warm?

I should know from my first child that alot of this is just riding it out until things change again but I also wonder if there's anything I'm doing or not doing that could help!
