Nursery and fed to sleep baby

Starting to freak out my DS is starting nursery in September 9-12 twice a week at 7 months old.
He has slept in the car and pram fine, fed to sleep and sleeps in crib and I was able to put him to sleep without feeding
However recently it seems he will only feed to sleep in his crib and not sure why!
Really concerned how he will cope at nursery!
Any helpful ideas or people been in similar situations?
Thank you!

Honestly please don’t worry. Babies act completely differently at nursery than at home! My boys just lies down and falls asleep at nursery, but needs feeding/rocking to sleep at home 🙄

They seem to fall asleep without any of the crutches needed at home once at nursery... and when you ask if they slept, then how they got them to sleep and they reply 'oh we just put them down and they were out like a light' prepare to feel utterly conned in your home life 🤣

In all seriousness though myself and all parents I've known have seemed to have angels at nursery who go down one way or another for them far easier than at home :)

Both of mine were rocked to sleep at home whereas at nursery apparently just laid down and went to sleep 🙈 honestly children are not the same at nursery than at home 😂

Echoing what everyone else has said. Mine started nursery at 11 months old and was at the time always fed to sleep for both his nap and bedtime. When he started he had a bottle maybe a handful of times while being rocked, then very quickly just started going to sleep with some back rubs. He's now just over 2 and goes to sleep on his own, and even asks to go for a nap! At home I've had to drive him to sleep for his nap since January! At bedtime he needs me to lay with him and has been having a bottle of milk again too since earlier this spring.

It's infuriating 😂like what black magic are they doing and how do I do it at home!
