3 month old bedtime routine?

A bit of background. I am a FTM, my daughter is 3 months on Thursday. She normally comes to bed with us at about 1030/11pm. Has her last bottle and falls asleep feeding.

Some nights are bath nights but we bath her late, around 10ish when she wakes from her last nap, normally starting around 8ish - 9 on a fussy day.

She sleeps until about 4am, when she fusses for her dummy and then falls asleep again until about 6am. She doesn't feed in the night anymore, she's been doing this for about a month or so now.

I really want to start implementing a good bedtime routine but as a FTM I have no idea where to start and how.

A few hours in the evening without holding her to nap and to spend time with my husband sounds amazing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I feel very lost with a lot of conflicting advice about!

I'm a FTM, baby 4 months old so there might be other people with better advice, but this is what works for us!

At 3 months we started slowly bringing bedtime earlier, he now goes to bed at 7ish but can be as early as 630 is he's had a crap nap day. Always awake from last nap 2 hours before bedtime. Bedtime routine is simply bottle, 1 song playing whilst I burp him, 1 story then bed. Sometimes sleeps immediately, often takes at one time to resettle, sometimes a few.

He wakes between 1 and 4 for a feed, then sleeps to 5ish sometimes 6. We only bath twice a week as it's the time my partner uses to bond with him and he's home too late from work every other day.

Like I say this is just what I've been doing, I'm still figuring everything out!
