Hey!
I have an 8 month old baby who cosleeps with me and nurses through the night. I'm due back to work next month (sad 😫) and I'd like to get him sleeping in his own cot in his own room!
Any tips?
He feeds to sleep for naps too which will be problematic for his childcare arrangements when I am at work.
I'm not keen on any crying it out / controlled crying methods. Putting him in the cot awake / as he is dozing off starts a big crying session. I can put him in when he is fast asleep but he wakes usually within an hr or sometimes less & won't go back down then.
