Debating seeking professional help to assist our baby with sleep time.

▫️Has anyone went through this process?
▫️Can anyone recommend anyone they’ve worked with?

or

▫️Is this a waste of time and it’s just Mother Nature who can help

We used a sleep coach and it honestly transformed our lives. Our little one was a great sleeper until just before 4 months and from that point would only cosleep next to me, feed to sleep and at best stay asleep for 80 minutes (more often 40). I really didn’t want to ‘sleep train’ as I am pretty go with the flow in the rest of my parenting but it was 100% the best thing for our family. We started when at 6.5 months and it took two nights (which did involve quite a lot of tears, even though we did the camp out method. LO has been an amazing sleeper ever since, both day and night sleep and is so much happier as a result of being well rested. We don’t live in the UK so can’t suggest anybody specifically but if it is something you are thinking about I would say it’s worth exploring!
