I got my lobes pierced a day ago and I want to know how I can sleep on them easily. I have got flat backs but they still hurt when I sleep.

You can buy a piercing pillow.

I got mine redone a week ago! I just found a comfortable position with my lobe just off the pillow, but I barely move in the night.

One week on and there is no problem at all, I can lie on them fine.

😑I would but I probably won't use it again 😕

I was advised to buy a travel neck pillow and sleep with your ear in the hole part of it. They are not too expensive from places like Primark.

Thank you so much I've just grabbed a travel pillow and it's so comfy!

As someone with 13 ear piercings and can only sleep on my side… you just have to try to find a comfortable position which doesn’t apply weight to the pierced area for the first week or so. Somebodies suggestion of keeping the lobe just off the pillow is wise! Or use a very soft/bouncy pillow if yours are firmer.
