Any help would be much appreciated!
My little boy turned three in June and since then he wakes at 5am or before every day. We dropped his pm nap to see if this would make a difference but it’s had no impact and he now struggles to get through the day and is overtired. His pm nap was previously around two hours, I wonder if I resume the napping but make it shorter. He has also recently been potty trained and is mostly dry at night. I wonder if this is a factor and I need to restrict liquids before bed. He has previously been a 7pm to 6am sleeper and the extra hour makes a big difference!
Having to be in bed by 9pm to get through the next day is not ideal for me or my husband so if anyone can share their experiences that would be great.
