12 week old evening naps

I know there's probably no advice for this other than to ride it out but it's one of those posts I'm sat on the bed writing after another very tough few hours!

Baby will be 3 months on Thursday and in the last few weeks has woken after 30mins for every nap during the day. Occasionally I can extend one of them by rocking and she will then continue to sleep for up to 3 hours. But that's always only one of them, the rest will then always be half hour.

Anyway, the hardest time of day I'm finding is 3pm til bedtime(which she has gradually brought forward herself and is currently 7pm) We pick her sister up from school and pretty much from then on its so difficult to get her to sleep as i would earlier in the day. She really needs two more naps from then til bedtime to prevent overtiredness. I assume the more the day goes on the more tired she gets hence the harder it is to settle. But I don't know if there's anything else I can be doing or not doing to help it go a bit smoother/easier to settle her! I just dread the early evenings every day because she will have two 15 min naps and then be screaming by 6pm because she's exhausted.

On another note i have found that when she was going to bed at 8pm a few weeks ago, her first stretch of nighttime sleep was quite a bit longer than it is now she's brought it forward an hour .

e.g she would go 8pm til 3 or 4am. Now its 7am til 1am and then wakes again between 4 and 5am. But both times she is drinking most of 5oz.
