Please can someone help me!
my lo has been sleeping in my bed since 7months old this started due to bad teething .
if I could go back I wouldn’t of taken her into my bed but it’s done now.
fast forward to now she will not sleep in her own cot , she used to self settle till she was 7months old now when you put her in her cot she will stand at the side and cry.
if I put her in asleep she will stay maybe between 30minutes to a few hours depending.
Now I used to not mind her sleeping beside me but she’s started pulling my hair and slapping me in the face when she’s asleep, she sleeps all night bedside me while I literally cannot sleep and I don’t know what to do anymore I need to sleep 😭 when she was a newborn I got more sleep 😭

I forgot to add her cot is in my room as she currently doesn’t have her own room

If she had her own room, I'd say put her in there and stick it out for a few days.

In the same room is tricky. Is there space to put the cot next to your bed and take the side off? We did this, strapped it to our bed and put a rolled sheet into the gap so it was a continuous surface. I'd move DC into it once asleep.

You could also go full hippy and have all mattresses on floor, get to sleep with her in one then move across to the other.
