How to wean from rocking and bf to sleep

I have a 7 month old, to make her sleep I play white noise, rock her till she's drowsy, put her down, then she breastfeeds to sleep. She's a good sleeper once this routine is done, she completes her naps, and at night time only wakes up for feeding and goes back to sleep.
She will be starting nursery soon, and I want to wean these habits.
I have read a lot of posts on weaning from rocking/breastfeeding but I have done a much more bigger mistake and now she's dependent on all of these habits. Please help and suggest some gentler gradual methods to wean her. Thank you

Honestly don't worry about it in terms of nursery, my DD still fed to sleep with me and mainly still had contact naps when she went to nursery but they were able to get her to sleep easily enough - it would never have worked at home but nurseries have magic sleep dust. I remember agonising over it and then when it came to it there were no issues at all. I suppose what I'm saying is don't waste the last of your mat leave worrying about it too much!

my trick started earlier so unsure if it would work now but i got one of those raggy comforters .I gave it to her to keep her hands busy while feeding but over time she associated nuzzling it with comfort .See if you can give her something while feeding to nuzzle and hopefully after a while they can nuzzle that to sleep

Wow really!! Did she stopped feeding to sleep with you after going to nursery, or that continued?

well it meant that when i put her onto bottle she still liked nuzzling that comforter.I work lates so when i went back to work my other half had to put her to bed. This really helped her settle having a soft raggy thing to nuzzle, shes 5 she still uses it haha .Funny but it makes it so much easier to get her to sleep

I got it from home bargains that way its easy to replace ,only thing is yours is much older than when i started using this. But try for month every time you feed them place it in their hand let them stroke it while they feed .See if you can get them attached it

No we carried on feeding as that was what was right for us. It's not just my DD, so many of my friends had similar experiences.

Thank you so much, I will try to wean her, but with less worry.
