Looking for some advice, my 18 month old little girl is a terrible sleeper and will try her absolute hardest to avoid naps and bed time as long as she can, she used to sleep in her own bed through the night no bother but over the last few months getting her to sleep and also staying asleep in her bed is a issue, when I put her down at night she will sleep in her own bed for maybe an hour or an hour and a half but then wakes up crying because she knows she’s on her own??, have tried to resettle but nothing is good enough just wants to be with me and wants in my bed, as soon as she’s in my bed right back asleep like nothing has happened🫠
Just looking for any help at all, don’t want to do the cry it out method as I don’t think I could bare the crying as she gets so upset and sobs that much she chokes etc🫠🤯

Just let her sleep in your bed? If you can rest and she sleeps surely that’s worth it! She’ll get back in her own bed eventually when she’s ready. I hope it gets easier for you x

Yeah well I have been as it seems to be the only solution just now, guess just have to stick with it just now until she decides she doesn’t want to sleep in our bed anymore 🙈 thanks for ur reply and hopefully it does get better soon 🤞🏼x
