Love to dream swaddle for naps

I've been using the LTD swaddle for my 10 week old for nighttime only - she falls asleep on me in it and then i transfer to moses basket- prior to using this she was waking herself with startling and thrashing around and is sleeping so much better with it.

I posted yesterday that her daytime naps have gone haywire as in pretty much non existent! Until now she would nap pretty well in buggy or bouncer, but as of this week it takes forever to get her to sleep then lasts 10 mins max and wakes, ending up overtired and having meltdowns by the afternoon.

I've put her in her LTD swaddle this morning after no luck with anything else, and she has settled and is now asleep on me in it for the longest so far during the day this week so if its going to be the only thing that works for now, I want to continue with it do she gets the naptime she needs but I was so hesitant in using it for daytime, my main worry being she will start waking at shortly after being put down at night if it's used for naps as well if she starts associating it with that. up til now its very much been her bedtime routine only. Wondered if anyone else introduced the LTD in daytime and they still continued to sleep fine at night or did it disrupt their bedtime?? (She is currently very good, sleeps from 8pm til 4am!)

We didn’t use the LTD ones, we used Tommee Tippee ones but same principle - one day as a last resort I put it on for a nap and it worked! Probably at a similar age - 10 weeks - and we’ve done it for every nap ever since. She’s 8.5mo now and has never had a problem associating it with naps only.

Shortly after I started doing a mini-bedtime routine for naps (nursery rhyme instead of story, cuddles, shushing etc.) and that didn’t affect going down for bedtime either.
