Hiya.
After some advise. We're going through the 4 month sleep regression.
Well yesterday for her nap. I let her sleep with her muslin cloth. It's very thin light and lots of holes.
She snuggled straight into it. Grasped her hands in it and promptly went off to sleep. She's done the same today too.
I obviously didn't do this for her bedtime and omg it was a hell night, needing our hands touching her at all points of the night. I forgot the sleep regressions 😔 my first was just as bad. Now I know the lullaby trust does not recommend anything in their cot.
But did anyone else use a muslin cloth to help with sleep? Is there actually horror stories regarding muslin cloths and suffocation?
She's on her nap now. Snuggled to her cloth and I'm sitting here panicking. If I try and take it away she starts waking up 😔
Any advise please? Am I being paranoid? Or is my thinking right
